Content Policy and Zero Tolerance
Last updated: October 4, 2026 · Forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
1. Principle
AI OFM provides tools only for content featuring fictional, adult AI-generated characters (at least 18 years old, and shown explicitly as 25 in AI Studio). This policy applies to every part of the platform: AI Studio (AI Photoshoot), Prompt Studio image generation, the video generator, the prompt library and every other tool. There are no exceptions to the prohibitions below — regardless of plan, intent or “artistic” justification.
2. Strictly prohibited content
- •A minor, or anyone who appears to be a minor, in any sexual, sensual or scantily clad depiction, and any role, prop or wording that suggests a minor (e.g. schoolgirl, teen, “make her look younger”, school uniform, “age play”). Under Section 204 of the Hungarian Criminal Code, child sexual abuse material also covers realistic depictions of people who do not exist — so an AI-generated image can be one too. Producing, possessing or distributing it is a serious crime.
- •A real, existing person's likeness or lookalike (an acquaintance, ex-partner, colleague, celebrity or influencer), including “undressing”, face swaps and edits made from real photos. This can violate the right to one's own image (Hungarian Civil Code, Section 2:48) and can be a crime (Criminal Code, Sections 226/A–226/B: making and publishing fake audio or images capable of damaging someone's reputation; Section 219: misuse of personal data).
- •Lack of consent: violence, coercion, a sleeping, unconscious, drugged or intoxicated person in a sexual situation, hidden-camera or voyeur footage, “revenge porn”.
- •Animals in a sexual situation, family roles (incest, step-family roles), dead bodies.
- •Hateful or violence-inciting content (Criminal Code, Section 332), and any other unlawful content.
3. How we enforce it — technical safeguards
- •A mandatory filter before every generation. In AI Studio it checks both your request and the fields filled in by the planning AI (two gates); in the Prompt Studio image generator and in video generation it checks the submitted prompt. A prohibited request never reaches the image generation provider.
- •Characters in AI Studio. Besides the platform's fictional AI characters, you can create your own AI model by blending two platform faces, or upload your own AI-generated character — the latter only with an explicit declaration (recorded with time and IP address) and a camera-metadata check; we remove the metadata of uploaded images. An uploaded character can be used right away (Spicy included); the operator reviews it afterwards and disables or deletes any character that breaks the rules (a real, recognisable person, a celebrity, a youthful look). An own model can be used in Spicy mode with a Generator subscription (and for the one free Spicy image), unless it was made from a face that is restricted to non-explicit content. Every image description is required to state that the person shown is an adult (25 years old).
- •The planning AI refuses too. AI Studio's planning model (Grok) receives the same prohibitions as system-level instructions and rejects any request that breaks them.
- •Upload declaration and camera-metadata guard. Wherever you can upload an image (Prompt Studio, video, your own AI Studio character), you must first declare explicitly that the image shows an AI-generated character or yourself, not a real third person. The system may reject uploads whose metadata indicates a real photo taken with a camera.
- •We don't store your finished images. AI Studio generates with your own Siray key, in your own Siray account; finished images stay there. We only keep the link and the text of the request, which you and the Provider can delete at any time. The only exception is your own AI model: we keep its image in private storage so you can keep creating with it.
- •Logging. We keep AI Studio requests — and, for every generator, the attempts stopped by the filter — for 90 days, to investigate abuse and to answer requests from authorities (Privacy Policy).
- •The prompt library is checked prompt by prompt with the same filter; no prompt suggesting a minor, a real person or lack of consent can be included.
- •18+ access. Registration is restricted to adults, which you must confirm explicitly when you sign up.
4. Consequences
- •A request or content that breaks section 2 may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account, without prior warning and without a refund (except for rights that consumers have by law).
- •If we suspect content depicting a minor, we preserve the available data and report it to the Hungarian police and to the NMHH Internet Hotline. For any other suspected crime, we cooperate with the authorities.
- •You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you request, generate and publish; the Provider may enforce any claims arising from a violation against you.
5. Your obligations when publishing
- •You label published AI-generated content as AI-generated wherever the platform (e.g. Fanvue, Instagram, TikTok) or the law requires it — in particular Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
- •You follow the publishing platform's rules on adult content, and you only publish adult content on platforms that explicitly allow it.
- •You do not present the AI character as a real, existing person in a way that would mislead viewers about who they are.
6. Reporting unlawful content
If you notice unlawful content or use on the platform — or believe an image of you or someone else was made without permission — report it to info@magyaraiofm.com. Tell us what you saw, where, and why you think it is unlawful. We investigate reports without delay and let you know the outcome (under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
You can also report content depicting a minor directly to the NMHH Internet Hotline (Hungary), to the hotline in your own country (find it at inhope.org), or to the police.
